Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese and Chive Dip
  • 1 cup 250 g cream cheese, room temperature
  • cup 90 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped fresh chives plus a little extra to sprinkle on top
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
To serve:
  • Smoked salmon
  • Red onion rings
  • Baby capers
  • Sourdough bread toasted

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl using a whisk.
  • Sprinkle with extra chives and serve.
